Floor User
A 'Floor User' is a skilled professional who uses specialized AI tools to get their work done. Instead of being replaced by the AI, they act as the essential 'human in the loop' who checks the AI's output and takes responsibility for the final result, ensuring the work is accurate and reliable.
A Floor User is a domain expert who operates within structured, AI-assisted workflows. They serve as the primary verification layer, leveraging AI for efficiency while maintaining full accountability for the output. Rather than a reduction in status, this role is the backbone of modern operations, where the expert's judgment remains the critical component of the process.
The majority role: a domain expert who works through structured, constrained AI interfaces and supplies the verification layer; framed via the six Floor identity containers (Domain Validator, Accountability Holder, ...) as a consequential actor, not a demotion. (C4AIL, Whitepaper III §4.2.)
