The Co-Creation Model

The Co-Creation Model is a new way of training beginners where they use AI to do the heavy lifting of creating work, while they focus on making the final decisions. Instead of just checking for mistakes, the junior acts like a director, and a senior mentor helps them develop their personal taste and judgment.

A workflow architecture that shifts the junior's primary output from manual execution to editorial oversight. By leveraging AI for high-volume production, the junior spends their time defending their design choices to a senior mentor, effectively inverting the traditional 70/30 volume-to-judgment ratio to accelerate professional development.

The AI-age apprenticeship: the junior creates with AI then defends the choices; the volume-to-judgment ratio inverts to 30/70 from day one and 'would you sign this?' replaces 'did you catch the errors?'. The antidote to the junior-pipeline collapse. (C4AIL, Whitepaper III §5.3.)
