The Trainer Paradox
The Trainer Paradox is like trying to build a school for master teachers when you don't have any master teachers to start with. Because you need an expert to train another expert, the system gets stuck in a loop. The only way out is to find the rare few who taught themselves and use them to start the chain reaction.
The Trainer Paradox describes the structural bottleneck in scaling high-level competency: the pipeline requires L4+ Trainers to certify new practitioners, but those trainers are currently too scarce to support institutional growth. We resolve this by identifying 'outlier' practitioners who achieved mastery independently and leveraging them as the initial nodes to build a sustainable training infrastructure.
The bootstrap problem of the pipeline: the system that needs L4+ Trainers to produce accountable practitioners cannot produce Trainers without already having them.
